Abstracts submission form

Abstract submission

Authors are invited to submit abstracts for oral presentations or a poster. Poster authors will get a chance to present their work during the poster session on the 22nd of October. Authors of selected abstracts must provide proofs of payment before the final acceptance.

We aim to have conference sessions that cover, but are not limited to: post-release mortality, life history and population dynamics, genetics, heavy metals, data-poor areas, science-based management, conservation and legislation, perception towards sharks, rays and chimaeras. The final sessions will be classified depending on submissions.

The submission deadline is July 15, 2024. The conference Scientific Committee will select the oral presentations from the abstracts judging on the scientific relevance and quality. Participants will be notified about the approval of their submission the latest by September 15th. We may request oral presentation submissions to be presented as a poster, depending on the number of delegates and the number of available oral presentations.
