
Blue Crab Festival in Thessaloniki. The huge blue crab population in the greater Thessaloniki area is a known threat to the local ecosystem. In order to expand the consumption of blue crab, as a mean of population reduction in the area, on the World Sustainable Gastronomy Day, the residents and visitors of the area will have the opportunity to taste blue crabs. Our goal is to establish a festival of their consumption in the city of Thessaloniki!
