As part of the “Know-Participate-Protect the Environment” project, iSea and The Green Tank invite you to a training seminar on “Citizens’ participation in environmental policy-making – Recent developments in tackling biodiversity loss” aimed at enhancing citizen participation in public debates and decision-making on environmental issues.
Find more about the workshop here.
The seminar is the first in a series of seminars to be held in 8 cities of the country with the aim of enhancing the participation of citizens, especially young people, as well as volunteers in environmental policy-making processes. The project focuses on three topics: climate crisis, biodiversity loss and plastic pollution, and training seminars are organized to provide information on the latest political developments in each of these three environmental topics, as well as means of public intervention and advocacy.
