After several recent and widely published incidents concerning the fishing of several protected shark species, which sadly advertise abusive and embarrassing behaviours, iSea would like to provide some important information on these magnificent species, that constitute unique and irreplaceable elements of the Mediterranean marine ecosystems.

Cleanup of Pamvotida’s Lake Banks has been successfully completed on June 9!

Members of iSea in collaboration with kids, parents and teachers of kindergarten “Proti Prova” of Ioannina, cleaned-up a part of the banks of the Lake Pamvotida. We would like specifically to thank our little friends and to congratulate them for their meaningful effort. Cleaning of Kavoura Bay in Axios

There was a great turnout on the day and the iSea accomplished the task of cleaning the beach. That day highlighted that our beaches indeed acquire quite a bit of trash and that we all need to keep our beaches clean. Within the scope of the European “Cleaning Day” which in Greece is held under the auspices of Helmepa, the iSea will perform a cleaning in the bay of Kavoura in the Axious River Delta.
